Is this really true? "IT'S NOT WHAT YOU KNOW BUT WHO YOU KNOW..." I have heard those words many times in my life, but I believe these words can be a bit misleading. God says something about what we know as well as about who we should know. There are many who say they know the Lord, but if I am understanding what I read in Hosea Chapter 4 concerning knowledge, it seems to me that claiming to know the Lord and even being counted as one of his children can end up in total defeat if we have a lack of knowledge. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee...Hosea 4:6
